New Chairman for IST/37

At the April 2008 meeting of IST/37, Geoff Morrison was appointed to act as Chairman, replacing Richard Clark who had chaired the committee for over ten years previously.  Richard said "It has been an experience leading IST/37 through the last decade, in which many of the standards that IST/37 has led input on have come to fruition.  I am sure that Geoff, who has also been involved in this field for many years will be a valuable and conscientious replacement, and I wish him all the best for the future"
